Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PTT, TURPEX or DHL with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.</p>n<p>Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight or total volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
The duration of transportation to the country can be 10-20 business days, depending on the distance.
Returns.
Once you receive your order, be sure to check it by opening it next to your cargo officer. If there is a defective, missing, different product, you keep reports to the cargo officer. And please return products with the cargo reports with the same cargo company, without paying the cargo fee. When your products reach us, your products will be examined and if you are justified, your total amount will be paid to your credit card in 3-10 business days.
If you want to return a product you do not like; you can make a product return by covering all shipping charges.
